Project Manager (43490)

I’m looking for a senior IT Project Manager who can take ownership of complex web and digital projects from initiation through launch. You’ll anticipate what each project needs, coordinate multiple workstreams, and make sure no important step gets overlooked. I’m looking for someone with strong experience in digital project management, technical fluency, and a good understanding of SEO and UI/UX principles. Experience with enterprise CMS platforms and regulated industries is a plus.

🚀 Project
- anticipating project requirements and planning all necessary steps to prevent delays and overlooked tasks
- working closely with developers as a technical peer, with a strong understanding of domains, URLs, aliases, and release processes
- performing quality control, reviewing QC materials and designs before they are delivered to market or brand teams
- coordinating delivery across multiple brands and markets, often handling several workstreams in parallel

🎯 Skills
- proven senior-level project management experience across web and digital projects, including websites, portals, and product pages, with ownership from initiation through launch
- strong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with development teams; familiarity with domains, URLs, environments, and release processes
- working knowledge of SEO, with the ability to ensure SEO requirements are properly incorporated and identify gaps
- solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and the ability to critically review designs
- experience working across multiple brands and digital environments

💡 Nice to have
- experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry
- experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as AEM, Sitecore, Drupal, or headless CMS
- experience delivering digital projects across multiple markets at scale
