I'm seeking a skilled Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront, providing top-notch technical support for users encountering challenges with our software applications. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving intricate technical issues, with the opportunity to collaborate with senior engineers on complex problems. You'll dive into analyzing and documenting application errors, aiming to pinpoint root causes and prevent future occurrences. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in AWS cloud services, Python programming, and Relate databases. Strong troubleshooting skills, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this role.

🚀 Project
- providing technical support to users experiencing issues with our software applications
- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary
- analyze and document application errors to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance support resources
- participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements to our applications
- stay up-to-date on the latest AWS, Python, and Relate database technologies

🎯 Skills
- 3+ years of AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, and Lambda
- 3+ years of Python programming language and object-oriented programming concepts
- experience with Relate databases and SQL queries
- excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

💡 Nice to have
- experience with Dotmatics or LIMS systems
