Marketing Cloud Architect (41233)

I'm seeking a Marketing Cloud Architect. In this role, you’ll drive the setup and optimisation of Personalisation features and work hands-on with key Marketing Cloud Engagement tools—Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder. You’ll leverage Data Cloud to manage customer data, build smart segments, and fuel personalised experiences at scale. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll transform requirements into clear technical solutions that align with best practices. If you’re skilled in Personalisation, knowledgeable in MCE, and confident working with Data Cloud, this is your chance to influence strategy and deliver meaningful customer experiences.

🚀 Project
- lead the technical design and architecture for Marketing Cloud campaigns and personalisation solutions
- support the implementation and optimisation of Marketing Cloud Personalisation features
- work with Marketing Cloud Engagement tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) to deliver end-to-end campaigns
- utilize Data Cloud to manage customer data, segment audiences, and enable data-driven marketing strategies
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and best practices
- provide technical guidance and support during the handover period and throughout the engagement

🎯 Skills
- strong experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation (priority skill)
- solid knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE)
- experience with Data Cloud (DC) for customer data management and segmentation
- ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment
