Business Analyst (44121)

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to turn complex needs into clear, ready-for-development Salesforce requirements. You will work across contract-management processes, a diverse stakeholder landscape and a near-shore development team. Dutch fluency, practical Salesforce knowledge and the confidence to bring structure to competing priorities are essential.

🚀 Project
- turn business ideas into ready-for-development user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- analyse contract lifecycle processes such as creation, approval, amendments, renewals and tracking
- translate needs into Salesforce-ready requirements and distinguish configuration from custom development
- align conflicting requests across stakeholders and make sure high-value features progress
- provide the near-shore development team with clear functional guidance and timely decisions
- build trusted working relationships and resolve disagreements constructively

🎯 Skills
- hands-on Business Analyst experience in contract management or a comparable process domain
- experience specifying Salesforce requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- understanding of Salesforce standard functionality, data model and configuration options
- ability to take requirements from an initial idea through to ready-for-development scope
- strong stakeholder management in a fragmented or siloed environment
- experience working with a remote or near-shore development team
- fluent Dutch and very good English
