SAP BW Consultant (42799)

For an international pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for an experienced SAP BW Senior Consultant who will help assess the current reporting landscape, identify inefficiencies across BW processes, and propose improvements and optimization initiatives. The role requires a senior-level profile capable of understanding both technical architecture and business reporting processes and strong communication skills.

- analysis and assessment of the current SAP BW reporting environment
- evaluation of reporting quality, performance, and data flows
- identification of bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and process gaps
- proposal of improvements and optimization initiatives across BW processes
- collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
- recommendations for reporting standardization and simplification
- support for architecture and process improvement discussions
- documentation of findings and proposed solutions for management and delivery teams

🎯 Skills
- 6–10+ years of experience as SAP BW Consultant
- strong hands-on experience with SAP BW / BW on HANA environments
- experience with enterprise reporting and analytics processes
- strong understanding of data modeling, ETL flows, and reporting architecture
- ability to evaluate existing SAP landscapes and recommend improvements
- experience working in complex enterprise environments
- strong analytical and communication skills
- senior stakeholder communication capability
- fluent English
