Payroll Expert (41063)

I'm looking for a Payroll Expert who’s ready to take ownership of major deliverables within a global transformation. You’ll guide the migration to a new Payroll vendor, align French payroll processes with legal requirements, and lead workshops to define local needs. Collaboration across Time and Benefits will be key. You should be fluent in English and French, with strong knowledge of French payroll law and systems like ADP GV, Workday, or SAP. 🚀 Project
- driving and owning deliverables according to the project plan for the Payroll system and process design
- leading the interconnected Payroll consolidation to the new Payroll vendor, including data transitions and Time
- leading, facilitating, and preparing working sessions aimed at understanding Payroll requirements for France
- ensuring alignment with local legal requirements and company policies
- supporting system design, communication, and adoption related to Payroll processes
- collaborating closely with other team members on activities related to Time and Benefits

🎯 Skills
- English and French language proficiency
- very good knowledge of French legislation related to payroll
- knowledge of ADP GV, Workday, and SAP solutions
