SAP HCM Consultant (44091)

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant focused on payroll (PY) and Turkish payroll legislation to join a team that manages and customizes SAP systems for international clients. The role covers change requests, bug fixing and legislative updates via OSS Notes, including PCR design and template alignment. At least 5 years of SAP HCM PYcustomizing experience and English at C1 level are required.

🚀 Project
- customizing clients’ SAP HCM systems in the payroll (PY) area for Türkiye
- implementing legislative updates via OSS Notes
- handling change requests and solution design
- analysing and fixing bugs
- PCR design and alignment with the company template

🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of SAP HCM PY customizing: wage types, quota types, absence types, schemas, infotypes, OSS Notes
- experience with Turkish payroll legislation
- analytical thinking
- English C1
- willingness to work in an international team

💡 Nice to have
- knowledge of Polish payroll
- experience designing PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules)
- ABAP debugging skills
