SAP Coordinator (44036)

We are looking for an SAP Coordinator with functional SAP MM/SD knowledge and strong stakeholder-management skills. You will coordinate master-data delivery, communication and cutover activities across an international S/4HANA rollout.

🚀 Project
- act as the primary contact for business stakeholders in each rollout wave and drive timely delivery of master data such as materials, business partners and pricing
- coordinate communication between the internal team, external consultants and other workstreams during analysis, UAT and go-live
- own end-to-end communication during go-live for each rollout wave
- oversee master-data implementation and check that it works as expected in MM/SD processes, orders, invoices and related documents
- plan and steer cutover per wave, including data freeze, open-sales-order handling and control
- keep dual maintenance of master data consistent across parallel SAP systems
- contribute to analysis and preparation for later rollout waves, including local requirements and gaps against the current setup
- track open issues, escalate them on time and report status to the project team

🎯 Skills
- excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with proven experience coordinating business users and external consultants
- experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, ideally including rollouts to additional countries or entities
- solid functional understanding of MM/SD processes and documents, including orders, invoices, Material Master sales views, pricing logic and Business Partner structures
- experience with dual maintenance of master data across two parallel SAP systems
- cutover experience including data freeze, open-sales-order handling and control
- coordination or project-management experience in a multi-country, multi-entity SAP rollout
- Czech or Slovak and fluent English

💡 Nice to have
- experience with international SAP rollout programmes
- strong knowledge of SAP Material Master, Business Partner or pricing data
- experience with UAT, go-live, hypercare and issue escalation
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM or SAP SD certification
