Lead Quality Engineer (41902)

I am looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to shape and scale quality engineering across distributed teams and global clients. You will define QA strategy, drive automation and CI/CD maturity, and champion AI/ML adoption in testing. As a senior client-facing expert, you will lead workshops, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, high-performing testing ecosystems while staying hands-on with code and frameworks.

🚀 Project
- lead and mentor a distributed QA community while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement
- act as the main client-facing QA expert; run workshops, present capabilities, and strengthen client relationships
- assess, design, and implement quality engineering strategies across teams and regions
- drive adoption of modern technologies, especially GenAI/AI/ML in testing and automation
- oversee CI/CD maturity, performance and load testing, and scalable testing infrastructure
- stay hands-on by reviewing code, refining automation frameworks, and enforcing engineering best practices
- define and execute automation, performance, security, and exploratory testing strategies
- provide clear reporting and actionable insights to support transparency and decision-making
- build and energize the internal QA community; champion innovation and knowledge sharing
- support business development by showcasing technical expertise and QA impact

🎯 Skills
- 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, including leadership of distributed teams and multi-client environments
- strong expertise in automation, CI/CD, performance testing, cloud environments, containers, and infrastructure as code
- solid coding background with the ability to write and review production-level code
- confidence in client-facing roles, workshops, and technical presentations
- proven ability to scale QA practices and drive systemic improvements
- strong interest and practical awareness of AI/ML applications in testing and emerging trends
- experience working in global delivery models and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
- hands-on, energetic, and results-driven mindset
