I am seeking a Lead WebMethods Developer to join a long-term energy & utilities client. You will lead an offshore team, drive best practices, and design integration solutions using Software AG WebMethods. The role requires strong technical skills, leadership experience, and excellent English communication. German is a plus.

- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
