We are looking for a skilled Atlassian Tooling Consultant who will be responsible for definingand implementing tooling strategy for a major client, which will be centered around Atlassian tools.

Parameters:
Location: Prague
Form of cooperation: Freelance contract
Start of cooperation: 01/2020

About the project:
The strategy will be focused on how the work will be managed, how teams would collaborate and on how the documentation is maintained and how the best practices are implemented.

What will you be working on:
- understand situation regarding currently used Tooling (as-is) 
- in detail define future (to-be) set-up, iterate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that common agreement is reached
- implement to-be set-up, while taking into consideration existing tools 
- evaluate fit for use and business case for commercially available plugins and extensions
- define migration strategy and oversee the migration
- define user and support roles, authorizations/access processes and procedures
- define training and communication concept and execute the delivery
- provide ongoing maintenance/administration of the tools and user support 
- provide regular management reporting
- continuously document outputs/deliverables on Confluence

What you need to know:
- deep understanding of JIRA and Confluence family of products 
- knowledge of Agile methods and ways of working, esp. SCRUM and Kanban
- knowledge of SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) is strong advantage
- overall knowledge of basic support processes, esp. incident management, problem management, change management, questions management
- basic knowledge of other tools, esp. HPSM and MS TFS are an advantage
- experience working with Slack is an advantage
- fluent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Czech/Slovak language is an advantage, but is not mandatory
