We’ve got an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Product Owner. You’ll be working in Brno for a well-established technological company, get your hands on the most modern tools and participate on the pivotal point in the company history.

About the project: 
You’ll be participating on the setup and development of a digital workplace platform that provides an all-in-one management tool for company IT administrators and a smart collaboration environment for everyday users. This project will reshape the client‘s current portfolio and represent a pivotal point in the company history.

What will you be working on: 
- take over and own a part of the complex product
- take responsibility for driving the product development of your domain further towards a big-picture vision, customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth
- establish relationships with internal stakeholders through excellent communication
- collect feedback wherever you go - understand what the user needs and how it should be reflected in product features to satisfy customers and generate business value
- make difficult decisions, which will not always please everybody
- generate excitement around user needs so that your team knows what to build and why. You will drive and participate in all scrum ceremonies with the team to ensure the final “package” is exactly what was needed

What you need to know: 
- 1 year of proven experience as a product owner or product manager
- experience with Linux based systems
- experience with Networking (IPv6, Port forwarding, Sophos, vSwitch...)
- being familiar with remote deployment and cloud technologies
- basic knowledge of IT Security
- experience with scrum ceremonies, especially planning and grooming sessions
- experience with collecting feedback and turning it into actionable insight
- experience with evaluating user’s needs before starting implementation
- analytical thinking coupled with a problem-solving approach to support your roadmapping responsibilities

Nice to have:
- basic knowledge of computer hardware
- experience with SAFe methodology
- being curious about user’s jobs and striving to achieve their delight and satisfaction
- good presentation (communication) skills with the ability to flexibly adapt your presentation language based on the target audience (customer/management/sales/support/dev team…)
