I’m searching for an experienced Service Manager who is specialized for data-driven business. This job is for a permanent contract for our client. You will be responsible for developing, managing and owning maintenance service and professional service offers across the full 4G/5G wireless portfolio. It is for the modern and innovative Industry’s End to End and Cloud-Native Network Service Provider for CSPs.

What will you be working on:
- commercialize professional and maintenance service offerings and strategy across client’s 
  Access Edge, Core, Advanced Services, and Platform portfolio
- operationalize the service strategy, drive initiatives to ensure cost effectiveness & 
  competitive service price points
- define and maintain the various professional and maintenance service Statements of Work 
  (SOWs), services descriptions, maintenance programs, delivery costing, pricing, and 
  services policies globally
- work with the larger client‘s organization (operations, product PLM, sales, service renewals, 
  finance, and technical support organization to coordinate sales of professional and 
  maintenance services in all phases (pre-sales RFP, deployment, and service renewals)
- develop professional service level of effort and time standards for the installation, 
  configuration, commissioning, and deployment of 4G/5G solutions and coordinate 
  updating sizing and pricing tools used for commercial bids
- perform analysis of the Company’s customer business requirements and develop new 
  services and value propositions that drives new revenue for the Company
- maintain knowledge of industry trends and their potential impact on the Company
- using the knowledge drive business cases for incubation of new services
- serve as the subject matter expert for professional and maintenance support services
- create and own new service order codes and manage their introduction into client‘s 
  systems
- help support sales with RFP responses related to professional service and maintenance 
  service requirements
- maintain a strong understanding of the client‘s service business and market segments 
  served
- perform analysis of services costs, margins, attach rates and overall services business 
  performance
- suggest and execute on actions to grow the business

What you need to know:
- relevant university degree (Marketing, Business/Finance, Engineering atc.)
- minimum 3-5 years experience in high-tech networking industry
- minimum 3-5 years relevant industry experience in Service marketing, Service Product Line 
  Management in maintenance support disciplines
- strong background in sales support, service costing, pricing, service development
- proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering results
- knowledge of 4G/5G mobile wireless infrastructure (IMS, vEPC, VoLTE, 5G Core, vRAN, 
  SMS/MMS, UCaaS)
- knowledge of mobile wireless installation and commissioning methods
- commercial knowledge focus of professional and maintenance service offers, ability to work 
  effectively with sales, finance, and operations
- ability to work under pressure and orchestrate teams from different functions to deliver 
  results collaboratively
- strong financial, business, and pre-sales skills
- product lifecycle management expertise
- ability for abstract thinking, creativity, new service introduction
