Skilled and certified network engineer on L1 level with knowledge of Cisco technologies and CCNA certification needed. As full-time contractor you will be responsible for proactively identifying, investigating and resolving 1st line technical incidents, requests and problems and restore services. It is for our client which is one of the largest creators of technological solutions in the world.

What will you be working on:
- proactively identifying, investigating and resolving 1st line technical incidents, requests and 
  problems and restore services
- indepth troubleshooting and resolving of incidents 
- implementation of service requests and changes 
- cooperation in deployment or upgrade projects
- technical Root cause analysis of Problem Tickets

What you need to know:
- experience with Bluecoat Proxy Servers, F5 Loadbalances, Fortinet
- experience with Aruba WLAN and HP switches 
- Cisco CCNA certification
- good level of English 
- willingness to work 24x7 (nights, weekends, public holidays => shift rotation)

Nice to have:
- knowledge of German language
- Cisco CCNP 
- HP ATP/ASE 
- Aruba ACMA/ ACMP 
- Aruba CWNA 
- F5 SE 
- BlueCoat Certified Professional
