About the role
- understand and complete tasks on time
- find smart ways to identify and solve often complex technical problems
- track down and fix bugs in your own and other people’s code
- drive a smaller project forwards on your own when given clear requirements
- clear communication
- identify the most common pitfalls, risks and challenges, and manage them
- make sound judgement calls about simpler technical challenges, and articulate your reasoning for that
Your ideal profile
- good knowledge of PHP OOP
- MySQL
- Git basics
- MVC
- Symfony/ZendFramework/Laminas/Doctrine ORM, or a similar framework
- unit testing/TDD
Nice to have
- good understanding of HTML and JavaScript
- web security issues and how to write secure code
- REST APIs
- Continuous Integration systems
- Lean & Agile

- Linux
- familiarity with Angular, React or other JS frameworks
