About the role
- you will lead technical team of C#/.NET developers
- drive architectural and design decisions, while still participating in hands-on work
- you will closely cooperate with other developers and business colleagues in fast-paced agile environment
- supervise and mentor software engineers
- become go-to person for the product
- take ownership of product architecture, follow principles of evolutionary architecture
- analyze, design, and implement new product features
- constantly assess and utilize new technologies and SW development approaches

Your ideal profile
- 5 years of SW development, and experience leading technical teams
- proficient in Microsoft .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI solutions
- verbal and written communication in English

Nice to have 
- experience with MS SQL development 
- ability to travel
