About the role 
- supports the team Agile ceremonies and any other process the team has agreed on
- implementing, ensuring and improving delivery practices, team cooperation and its development
- cooperate with multiple internal/external stakeholders’ competency in order to maximize the project value
- support the Product Owner or Project Lead
- responsibility for while ensuring end goal alignment
- coach team members and others 
- eliminates impediments
- leads team efforts in relentless improvement

Your ideal profile
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management
- deep knowledge of Agile Project Management and Delivery methodology, preferably certified
- 5+ Years of demonstrated experience as Product Management, Project Management, Product 
- strong skills in project management, continuous improvement, process mapping, and business process documentation
- knowledge and experience in developing and implementing blockchain technology-based business solutions
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English C1
