System Administrator (40302)

I am looking for a hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in security technologies and Microsoft environments. You’ll manage firewalls, antivirus, email security, patching, and vulnerability management. You’ll also collaborate with the CISO and help drive security policies and awareness across the company. If you can configure firewalls, secure cloud environments, and monitor incidents with ease, I'd like to hear from you. Rapid7 experience is a plus.

🚀 Project
- administration and operation of security solutions: firewalls, malware protection, email security (antispam, encryption), patch management, internal PKI
- implementation of security policies (e.g., OS hardening)
- system monitoring and response to security incidents
- collaboration with the CISO and work within the ISMS framework
- supervision of physical security (data center, cabling)
- development of security concepts and implementation of technologies like NAC and SIEM
- evaluation of cloud solutions from a security and compliance perspective
- documentation of systems and policies
- training employees in cybersecurity awareness
- participation in on-call duty

🎯 Skills
- hands-on experience with Microsoft security administration (incl. Microsoft 365 Security)
- proven experience in corporate environments with multiple branches
- network & firewall configuration and management
- antivirus and threat protection solutions
- email security (filtering, encryption, spam protection)
- patch management for servers and clients
- vulnerability management and system hardening
- ability to manage vendors and external service providers
