- participation in internal meetings

- preparing and delivering knowledge-sharing sessions

- providing recommendations for environmental improvements

🎯 Skills
- proven experience with IBM MQ administration (preferably in large, distributed environments)
- strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL)
- experience with troubleshooting, incident resolution, and vendor coordination
