Solution Designer (40623)

I am looking for a Solution Designer to support and lead a software development team. I require a Master’s degree in Information Technologies and relevant certifications (LSA, product-specific). I expect your expert knowledge in solution design, Scrum, Jira, and ITIL to guide the full development lifecycle. You will design complex software solutions balancing performance and cost-efficiency while defining architectural rules. - support and lead a software development team
- perform due diligence to ensure high-quality and feasible solutions
- develop software solutions by analyzing business needs and systems flow
- document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, clean code, and documentation
- design and install software systems by defining technical specifications and standards
- improve operational efficiency by systems analysis and recommending process changes
- independently manage the full software development lifecycle
- define architectural rules, guidelines, and specifications
- design complex software solutions that balance performance and cost-efficiency
- ensure compliance with architectural, security, and process standards
- work on rapid deployments of showcases, pilots, and PoCs
- design integrations between new and existing systems
- provide technical consulting to bridge business and technical feasibility
- create solution and architecture documentation
- design test drivers, simulators, automation scripts, and test criteria
- implement and oversee the successful deployment of end-to-end solutions

🎯 Skills
- Master’s degree in Information Technologies
- relevant certifications (LSA, product-specific)
- expert knowledge in solution design, MS Office, Scrum, Jira, and ITIL
- fluent in English (B2) and German (B2)
- strong background in leading and guiding development teams
- extensive experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (order capture to service delivery)
- extensive hands-on experience with Scrum and agile development
- proficiency in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe or LeSS)
- experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Miro
- skilled in modeling (BPMN 2.0, UML, Use Case)
- solid understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD principles, and RESTful APIs
