Test Lead (41896)

I am looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive the “Testing & Migration” stream within a global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation. You will design the overall test and migration strategy, lead user acceptance testing from a business perspective, and ensure smooth rollout across multiple countries. Strong Employee Central expertise and international implementation experience are essential.

🚀 Project
- lead the sub-stream “testing & migration” within a global SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation program
- create and own the overall test and migration strategy for a multi-country rollout
- define test cases and test scenarios aligned with global HR processes
- configure migration and test automation tools
- conduct user acceptance testing from a business perspective
- consult stakeholders on best-practice test management and governance
- collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

🎯 Skills
- proven experience leading Employee Central implementations on a large scale (5k+ users) in international multi-country environments
- experience designing comprehensive test and migration strategies
- strong Employee Central expertise
- solid test management knowledge and hands-on experience
- vendor management experience
- fluent English (B2 minimum)
