CRM Developer (42967)

I am looking for an experienced CRM Developer focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales to join an enterprise engineering team. You will design and implement CRM customizations, work on integrations using Azure services, and contribute to the development of Power Platform applications. The role combines hands-on development in C# and JavaScript with technical consulting and close collaboration with business stakeholders and architects. The ideal candidate has strong experience from multiple end-to-end CRM implementations and solid knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

- development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions
- technical consulting and translation of business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
- design and implementation of system integrations across enterprise platforms using Azure services
- development and enhancement of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps and Pages
- contribution to code quality, technical governance, and adherence to engineering best practices
- participation in agile delivery cycles, including sprint planning, development, testing, and production releases
- preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for delivered solutions
- collaboration with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams across multiple environments
- support for CI/CD processes and continuous improvement of delivery pipelines

🎯 Skills
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
- participation in at least 4 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 / CRM implementations
- strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales Online
- experience with CRM SDK
- ability to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
- experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- experience building Canvas Apps and Pages
- strong C# development skills
- strong JavaScript development skills
- experience with Microsoft .NET stack (.NET 4.6.2+)
- minimum 3 years of Azure application development experience
- minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Application Insights
- experience integrating enterprise systems using Azure technologies
- experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing
- experience with mocking frameworks and C# unit testing
- knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks
- experience with Git source control
