Business Analyst (43534)

I am looking for a Business Analyst to join a complex international IT and banking environment, where you will play a key role in requirements elicitation, interface analysis and solution definition. You will work closely with development, testing and design teams to create clear user stories, REST API definitions and structured specifications. Experience with AI and LLM-based systems is a strong advantage, as the role also explores modern approaches to system orchestration and automation.

🚀 Project
- elicitation and critical analysis of business and technical requirements across complex IT and banking environments
- facilitation of stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions across distributed international teams
- proposal of solution enhancements and support for UI and system design decisions
- analysis of backend systems, interfaces and system dependencies in interconnected platform landscapes
- definition and documentation of REST/JSON APIs and interface contracts
- creation of structured functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams
- production of clear, actionable user stories ready for implementation
- contribution to behaviour driven development (BDD) and test driven development (TDD) artefacts
- support throughout the full software delivery lifecycle from analysis to delivery and validation
- collaboration with development, testing and design teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery consistency
- documentation of workshop outcomes, decisions, and alignment notes across teams and locations
- support exploration and application of AI and LLM use cases within delivery processes

🎯 Skills
- at least 5+ years of experience in IT or banking environments
- strong experience in requirements elicitation, modelling and interface analysis
- practical understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and JSON
- experience with API and interface definition and analysis
- knowledge of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies
- experience with version control practices (e.g. Git)
- experience working with collaborative documentation tools
- strong facilitation skills for workshops and cross-team alignment
- excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- ability to support development, testing and design teams across the delivery lifecycle
- experience contributing to BDD and TDD artefacts
- familiarity or interest in AI and LLM topics (e.g. MCP, orchestration patterns, multi-agent systems, agent-to-agent communication)
