I am looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation in a global manufacturing environment. You will drive modernization of operational systems, including MES and OT/IT integration, while coordinating multiple projects across countries and business units. The role involves legacy system replacement, automation and AI initiatives, and alignment of complex transformation streams. I require extensive program management experience and a strong background in manufacturing or logistics environments.

- lead a large-scale modernization and digital transformation program
- manage modernization of systems in manufacturing, logistics, and operations
- coordinate projects across multiple countries, sites, and business units
- drive replacement and retirement of legacy applications
- support implementation of new operational platforms
- manage initiatives around MES and OT/IT integration
- coordinate automation and AI initiatives
- work with systems supporting real-time manufacturing and logistics operations
- improve operational efficiency and standardize processes
- support cybersecurity improvements in operational environments
- coordinate stakeholders across IT, manufacturing, operations, logistics, supply chain, and business
- ensure alignment of multiple transformation initiatives under one program

🎯 Skills
- 10+ years of Program Management experience
- experience managing large and complex transformation programs with multiple workstreams
- strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments
- understanding of operational environments (beyond pure corporate IT)
- knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- experience with MES-related programs, implementations, or integrations
- strong understanding of OT/IT integration
- experience connecting operational systems with enterprise IT
- experience with digital transformation and platform modernization
- experience with legacy system retirement and new platform implementation
- experience working in global programs across multiple countries and stakeholders
- experience leading or coordinating automation initiatives
- experience with AI-related transformation initiatives (not hands-on development required)
