Support Engineer (43001)

Join a telecommunications project focused on Packet Core, LTE Core and 5G Core solutions for mobile operators. As a Support Engineer, You will deploy and support critical infrastructure responsible for mobile data traffic, working across Linux environments, networking and virtualization technologies. We are looking for a Medior or Senior specialist with strong analytical skills, experience in Linux administration, IP networking, virtualization and database technologies, and a willingness to travel and learn new technologies.

- delivery and support of infrastructure software responsible for mobile data traffic
- deployment of products at customer sites, primarily remotely
- installation, configuration and upgrade of systems
- troubleshooting production issues
- log analysis
- incident resolution across multiple systems
- working with Linux servers
- working with networks and connectivity
- customer communication
- design and implementation of changes
- cooperation with development teams during escalations
- on-call support
