Release and Deployment Manager (42552)

As a Release and Deployment Manager, you’ll handle system management, troubleshooting, and oversee audio-video infrastructure, including VoSIP and radio communications. You'll also support digital and hybrid events and manage network infrastructure. I require at least 3 years of experience with MS Windows Server, Active Directory, and network diagnostics. Knowledge of videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco WebEx) and experience with TACSAT radio services will set you apart.

- providing 24/7 support for advanced command and communication systems
- managing and maintaining end-user devices
- overseeing and supporting audio-video infrastructure
- managing VoSIP services and radio communications
- participating in daily stand-ups and coordinating team activities
- supporting the organization and execution of digital and hybrid events
- quickly resolving technical issues and incidents
- collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operation of systems

🎯 Skills
- minimum 3 years of experience in IT: administration of MS Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL Server
- diagnostics and troubleshooting of network infrastructure issues
- installation and management of system software (OS, office and utility applications)
- operation and management of IT network infrastructure – backup, restore, network statistics
- ability to respond to incidents within 30 minutes and resolve them within 1 hour
- education in IT field + 2 years of experience (or secondary school + 4 years of experience)

- experience with UHF TACSAT radio services
