As a Senior Operations Manager with Citrix you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of Microsoft infrastructures for our customers, analysis of specific problems, making decisions with the customer and implementing them sustainably. On a contract via CoolPeople you will get a chance to provide your junior colleagues with technical support and aid their development through targeted coaching. About the role
- Microsoft Windows Server, business applications and Citrix environments (including VDI client management)
- patch management and integration of new solutions into existing customer systems
- detection and correction of system failures (monitoring)
- interface to other departments (internal / external) as well as managers
- presentation of concepts and participation in specialist conferences
- mentoring of employees including conception for professional training / further education
- conflict & escalation management

Your ideal profile
- relevant professional experience in the management of Microsoft infrastructures and Citrix environments
- very good Windows system knowledge and experience in the administration of Office 365 / Azure (certification is an advantage)
- good knowledge of ITIL, virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V), network security
- first experience in problem / crisis management
- ability to work in a team with high social and communicative competence
- independent and responsible way of working and a high level of commitment
- on-call flexibility
- fluent German 
- active English
