Client Onboarding Specialist (44338)

Are you detail-oriented, technically handy on a PC and calm when the work piles up? The Prague IT centre of an international group operating exchange and market infrastructure is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join a strategic project. You will process and validate client documentation, set up and maintain client data in internal systems, support clients with their technical setup and coordinate work in Jira – in an English-speaking environment and almost fully from home.

🚀 Project
- client onboarding within a strategic project – this is not employee (HR) onboarding
- analysing and validating client documentation for completeness and compliance
- verifying signatures and other critical client information
- setting up and maintaining client data in internal systems based on validated documentation
- supporting clients with connectivity setup and troubleshooting related issues
- coordinating workflows and tasks in Jira, collaborating with Sales, Compliance and other teams
- contract CP until 10/2027, Prague with 99 % home office, work on your own laptop

🎯 Skills
- English B2, written and spoken
- experience in client onboarding, account creation or technical setup is an advantage
- strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive documentation
- reliability and the ability to work under pressure
- good PC skills and MS Office; Jira (or willingness to learn it), SAP is a plus
- communication skills, proactive and client-centric approach
