Agentforce Engineer (42448)

I'm looking for a skilled Agentforce Engineer to design and implement Agentforce-powered AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll build intelligent agents to support customer service, sales, and operational processes while leveraging Data 360 for smarter decision-making. Candidates should have strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, Flows, APIs) and familiarity with AI frameworks like Agentforce. 🚀 Project
- designing and implementing Agentforce-powered AI solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem
- building intelligent agents supporting customer service, sales, and operational processes
- implementing agent grounding strategies using enterprise data sources
- leveraging Data 360 to unify customer data and support AI-powered decision-making
- implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approaches to enable agents to retrieve and reason over business data
- designing scalable data architectures that support AI agents and automation
- developing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and platform integrations
- translating business requirements into robust technical architectures
- ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions
- working closely with customers to understand business challenges and validate requirements
- educating clients on the capabilities and practical applications of AI within Salesforce
- presenting and demonstrating solution architectures aligned with available technology

🎯 Skills
- strong hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Flows, APIs)
- experience with Agentforce or a comparable AI agent framework
- understanding of AI concepts: agent orchestration, grounding, and RAG
- experience with Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) or solid familiarity with data platform concepts
- understanding of data architecture, APIs, and data integration
- strong communication skills; ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
- comfortable working directly with customers to shape and validate solution design

💡 Nice to have
- experience with broader AI/ML ecosystems (e.g. LangChain, vector databases, LLM APIs)
- familiarity with Einstein AI features or other Salesforce AI capabilities
- experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment
- knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices on the Salesforce platform
- certifications: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or similar
