Data Migration Expert (42009)

I am looking for a Data Migration Expert to support a global deployment project in Mexico. In this role, you will ensure data quality, coordinate data cleansing activities, and support the migration of sales-related data from legacy systems to the target ERP environment. You will collaborate with business users, IT teams, and global stakeholders while working with order-to-cash processes and SAP systems. Strong Excel skills and experience in international environments are essential.

🚀 Project
- execution of business data migration activities within the Commercial and Procurement management area (order to cash)
- collaboration with a global deployment data migration team and coordination with business users and IT counterparts
- ensuring data cleansing activities for sales-related data are completed within defined timelines
- coordination of data collection for manual or construction data objects
- cooperation with IT teams on preparation of value mappings for data migration
- creation and maintenance of master data lists for assigned objects where required
- providing business insights to technical teams for data extraction and conversion from legacy systems
- verification of data readiness and data quality throughout the migration lifecycle
- validation that migrated data is fit for purpose and aligned with internal and external stakeholders
- execution of manual data loads into target systems where applicable
- execution and approval of data verification scripts

🎯 Skills
- understanding of business processes in Commercial or Procurement management (order to cash, pricing, contracts)
- experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, in the order to cash area
- experience working in global or country roles within a matrix organization (5+ years)
- strong Excel skills
