Business Analyst (42541)

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping software delivery within a large-scale banking IT environment. You will analyse systems, define requirements, support UI and API design, and ensure clear and actionable documentation for development teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with REST/JSON APIs, and the ability to coordinate across distributed teams. You will contribute to end-to-end delivery including workshops, specifications, and agile artefacts, with AI/LLM knowledge as a plus.

- provide business analysis support for IT and banking-related software delivery within the ecosystem
- perform requirements elicitation, critical analysis, and propose solution enhancements
- facilitate stakeholder alignment across distributed technical and non-technical teams
- produce clear and structured documentation to guide end-to-end delivery
- support UI and solution design analysis and validation
- analyse backend and interface behaviour, including REST/JSON API definitions
- contribute to behaviour-driven and test-driven development artefacts
- support workshops, technical discussions, and alignment sessions across teams
- ensure delivery consistency in a complex international IT and banking environment
- collaborate with development, testing, and design teams across the full project lifecycle

🎯 Skills
- at least 5+ years of experience in IT or banking environments
- experience with modelling and interface analysis
- practical knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs and JSON
- experience using Chrome DevTools for interface investigation and verification
- understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery models
- experience with version control practices
- experience with collaborative documentation tools
- excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- ability to facilitate collaboration across distributed teams
- experience supporting development, testing and design teams
- contribution to behaviour-driven and test-driven development artefacts
