Lead FullStack Developer (43165)

I am looking for a Lead FullStack Developer to drive technical direction and lead development of a scalable platform. You will design and build backend services in Golang, collaborate with frontend teams using React/TypeScript and work with modern cloud technologies on Azure. The role includes team leadership, architecture decisions and ensuring high code quality. I expect strong full-stack experience, leadership skills and the ability to work across distributed teams

🚀 Project
- leading end-to-end technical decisions for the platform with focus on scalability and flexibility
- supervising, assigning and reviewing developers’ work and ensuring delivery timelines are met
- designing and delivering complex, modular platform features with emphasis on quality and security
- developing backend services in Golang and collaborating with frontend teams (React/TypeScript)
- managing inter-service communication using gRPC
- overseeing PostgreSQL database management, optimization and query performance
- collaborating with data teams to implement AI-driven features
- driving platform performance optimization and scalability initiatives
- leading development of configurable, multi-tenant architecture
- mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth
- coordinating cross-functional teams across regions (US, EU, India)
- resolving technical issues impacting clients and ensuring smooth delivery
- driving code quality through reviews, standards and best practices
- promoting innovation and continuous improvement

🎯 Skills
- 7+ years of experience in software development with full-stack focus
- strong backend experience in Golang, REST, gRPC, Azure Services, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Redis, Azure Blob, Azure CI/CD/ADO
- frontend experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind
- experience with PostgreSQL including complex SQL/PL-SQL and performance optimization
- experience leading and mentoring cross-functional and distributed teams
- experience with Gen AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Cursor IDE)
- strong problem-solving skills and experience handling critical technical issues
- excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

- experience building configurable, multi-tenant platforms
- strong knowledge of engineering best practices (code quality, security, testing, documentation)
- familiarity with DevOps tools and processes (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native architecture)
