Service Delivery Expert (44413)

Enjoy making HR services run smoothly and keep getting better? An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Service Delivery Expert for its People & Organization (P&O) services in Prague. You will support the development of P&O processes for a small client group, handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, support cost and efficiency analyses and contribute to continuous improvement and P&O projects at country or business unit level. Experience in operations management, knowledge of HR operations, HRIS, payroll and service delivery, and English and Italian are required.

🚀 Project
- supporting the development of P&O processes, principles and guidelines for a small client group
- coordinating data analysis and evaluation in support of the implementation and maintenance of processes, services and continuous improvement
- supporting the team in the operational conversion of P&O strategic objectives
- support and advice on processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects – services, processes, continuous improvement – through consulting and training
- handling standard service requests, answering questions and resolving problems in close collaboration with next-level support and experts
- user administration tasks (e.g. access management)
- tracking service requests and troubleshooting – analysing error messages and questions
- supporting periodic cost and efficiency analyses and the personnel cost budgeting process
- contributing to P&O Services projects at country or business unit level
