Project Coordinator (41468)

Join as a Project Coordinator and support compliance projects focused on NIS2 and CER regulations. You will coordinate activities, monitor regulatory deadlines and communicate with relevant authorities. The role includes preparing reports, maintaining audit documentation and supporting incident reporting. I am looking for candidates with experience in regulatory compliance or project coordination and a solid legal-administrative background.

🚀 Project
- coordination of compliance projects related to NIS2 and CER including ensuring timely execution of obligations and deliverables
- maintenance and monitoring of a regulatory calendar with key compliance milestones and deadlines
- tracking national transposition of NIS2 and CER directives and analysis of main requirements
- coordination of registrations and communication with cybersecurity and critical resilience regulators
- preparation of compliance reports, maintaining audit trails and support of incident reporting processes

🎯 Skills
- minimum 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance or project coordination
- legal-administrative experience

💡 Nice to have
- experience with EU directives implementation and regulator liaison
- understanding of EU cybersecurity legislation including NIS2 and CER
- project management skills including Gantt charts, issue tracking and milestone planning
- legal research and drafting skills for regulatory analysis and documentation
- experience with communication with administrative bodies or regulators
- familiarity with risk management and incident reporting frameworks
- educational background in law or related fields such as cybersecurity, information security or critical infrastructure management
