ServiceNow Consultant (43111)

I am looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with a focus on IRM/ERM modules. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring solutions, translating risk and compliance requirements into the platform, and designing governance frameworks and workflows. The role involves close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders, as well as contributing to architectural decisions. I expect hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/ERM, CSA certification and strong communication skills, with the ability to lead implementations independently.

- implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM/ERM modules
- translating business risk and compliance requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- designing and optimizing risk frameworks, workflows and governance processes within the platform
- collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
- supporting and evolving existing IRM implementations
- contributing to architecture decisions and best practices

🎯 Skills
- proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/ERM modules
- CSA certification (Certified System Administrator) minimum
- CIS-RC certification (Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance) is a strong advantage
- senior-level independence with ability to lead implementations without close supervision
- strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

💡 Nice to have
- experience with GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX)
- background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, energy)
- experience with broader ServiceNow GRC or SecOps modules
