ServiceNow Business Analyst (43122)

I’m looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead the Service Portal workstream throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution validation. I’m looking for someone with hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Portal or Employee Center, a proven track record of leading functional workstreams, and the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications while working closely with customer stakeholders. Fluent German is essential. 

🚀 Project
- leading the Service Portal workstream from a functional perspective throughout the project lifecycle
- running requirements workshops and clarification sessions with customer stakeholders
- translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- managing and prioritizing the Service Portal backlog in line with project objectives
- coordinating activities across developers, architects, and business stakeholders
- criving service and process design decisions using ServiceNow best practices
- reviewing and validating portal configurations and developments against business requirements
- facilitating regular status updates and alignment meetings with customer and delivery teams
- identifying, managing, and resolving delivery risks and issues proactively

🎯 Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal or Employee Center
- proven experience leading a functional workstream or delivery track within a ServiceNow project
- german language skills sufficient for technical and business communication with customer stakeholders

- knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks
