PowerShell Developer (41753)

I am looking for a PowerShell Developer to join a migration project focused on transitioning legacy systems to M365. You will design, develop and support PowerShell-based workflows, manage data and mailbox migrations, and ensure data integrity and security compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills, close collaboration with business and IT teams, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

🚀 Project
- participation in a migration project focused on transition to M365 cloud
- development, testing, debugging and delivery of workflows using PowerShell
- planning, execution and management of migration of legacy data, mailboxes and systems including Exchange, SharePoint and file shares to M365
- ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, security compliance and user adoption using native tools, PowerShell or third-party solutions
- translation of business needs into technical solutions using PowerShell
- application of system software engineering policies, standards and procedures
- support of developed workflows and implemented solutions
- monitoring and implementation of system improvements to increase efficiency
- creation and maintenance of documentation related to solutions and processes
- communication and alignment with business stakeholders and reporting to the Project Manager
- collaboration with developers, security teams, IT staff and offshore team members
- troubleshooting technical issues, handling downtime and providing user support
- independent and collaborative work in a rapidly changing environment
