AI Support Consultant (42546)

As an AI Support Consultant, you will provide temporary consulting support for a company implementing ChatGPT Enterprise (Custom GPTs) alongside Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint Agents. You will work directly with advanced end users, helping transform their use cases into workable AI solutions. Your tasks will include validating technical feasibility, supporting the creation of basic agents, adjusting prompts and agent logic, and collaborating on testing and iteration. You should have experience with ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint Agents, as well as English at C1 level and German at B2 level. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus.

🚀 Project
- provide temporary support as an external consultant for a company that is simultaneously implementing ChatGPT Enterprise (Custom GPTs) and Microsoft Copilot / SharePoint Agents
- provide first-level consulting support to advanced end users during the implementation phase
- assist with translating user use cases into feasible solutions in the form of AI agents or GPT models
- verify technical feasibility
- provide practical guidance in creating basic agents, adjusting prompts, and agent logic
- participate in testing and iteration of solutions together with users
- aim to improve the quality of adoption and reduce the workload on internal expert teams
