Product Owner (42228)

Join as a Product Owner and take full responsibility for delivering high-quality digital products in an international environment. You will manage the backlog, lead agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with business and technical teams. The role requires strong experience in Scrum or SAFe, the ability to translate business needs into user stories and a data-driven mindset using tools like Power BI and Salesforce.

🚀 Project
- own and lead the overall purpose, definition and performance of assigned product(s)
- manage, prioritize and maintain the team backlog including clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- lead agile ceremonies such as iteration planning, backlog refinement and system demos
- actively participate in PI planning and resolve dependencies within SAFe framework
- collaborate with product management to translate business initiatives into sprint-level deliverables
- act as a key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders across international environment
- ensure solutions are business-oriented and user-friendly
- leverage data from tools such as Power BI and Salesforce to support decision-making and prioritization
- ensure quality standards and compliance including GDPR requirements
- support change management readiness and alignment with definition of done

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a product owner in Scrum or SAFe environment
- experience with customer journey mapping
- ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories and technical enablers
- experience working in large international or corporate environments
- fluent English

💡 Nice to have
- SAFe POPM certification
- experience with IFS or similar enterprise ERP systems
- knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI or SQL
- background in service-oriented or consumer-facing industries
