I am looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive product vision, roadmap planning, and delivery prioritisation within a fast-paced agile environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and business representatives while translating strategic objectives into clear and actionable backlogs. Strong experience with backlog prioritisation, stakeholder management, and agile delivery is essential.

🚀 Project
- ownership of product vision, roadmap, and outcome prioritisation for the pod
- translation of strategic objectives into a delivery-ready backlog
- decision-making across scope, time, quality, and risk
- acting as the primary business decision-maker and senior client interface
- alignment of pod delivery with wider bank and Visa strategic objectives
- continuous improvement of delivery throughput and agile processes
- collaboration with stakeholders, delivery teams, and business representatives
- support of both discovery and delivery activities within agile environments

🎯 Skills
- proven Product Owner experience in agile and fast-paced delivery environments
- strong backlog management and prioritisation skills using WSJF, MoSCoW, or similar methods
- ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear delivery outcomes
- excellent stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level
- ability to operate across discovery and delivery simultaneously

💡 Nice to have
- payments, digital wallets, or card servicing domain knowledge
- experience within a large financial institution
- familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
