Finance ERP Integration Lead (42392)

Take part in a large-scale ERP implementation program with global scope, focusing on Manufacturing and Supply Chain. As a Finance ERP Integration Lead, you will contribute to process harmonization, integration of core operational areas, and the delivery of a scalable, data-driven operating model. You will be involved in key project phases including target process design, data migration, and go-live preparation. The position requires proven ERP project experience, solid understanding of regulated environments (GxP), and strong stakeholder management across business and IT. Fluency in English and German is essential.

🚀 Project
- standardize and harmonize processes across multiple production sites
- integrate manufacturing, planning, logistics, and quality into end-to-end workflows
- ensure full compliance with a regulated environment (GxP)
- enable a scalable and data-driven operating model across supply chain and production
- design and implementation of target processes (Plan-to-Make)
- data migration and master data setup
- business readiness for go-live (cutover, training, change management)
- close collaboration between business stakeholders, IT, and external ERP partners

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as an ERP Deployment Lead / Project Manager within large-scale ERP implementations
- strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes (Plan-to-Make, Production, Planning, Logistics)
- experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar)
- demonstrated experience in global or multi-site rollouts
- solid understanding of GxP / regulated environments (pharma, biotech, medtech)
- strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
- experience with cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare
- ability to work in complex, cross-functional, and international environments
- fluent English and German communication skills
