Change Manager (44212)

Do you know how to turn a technology rollout into a change people actually embrace? The IT services provider of a leading Central European banking group is looking for a Change & Communication Consultant to support the pilot and rollout of new solutions across the organization. You will own the communication strategy, prepare information materials, coordinate stakeholders, collect feedback and drive user adoption – working between project teams, management and end users. We expect senior experience in enterprise communication and change management in large corporations, hands-on pilot & rollout communication and fluent German and English.

🚀 Project
- pilot and subsequent rollout of new solutions within a large banking group's IT organization
- communication strategy and planning, information materials and stakeholder coordination
- communication between project teams, management and employees, feedback collection
- support of user adoption and engagement during pilot and production rollout
- contract CP from 11/2026 for approx. 20 months, part-time (approx. 45 hours per month) with potential to increase
- hybrid with 80 % home office, Vienna

🎯 Skills
- senior experience in enterprise communication management in large corporations
- change management – practical experience with organizational and technological changes
- communication strategy & planning, creating and executing communication plans
- stakeholder management – communication with business, IT and management
- communication governance, message control and approval processes
- pilot & rollout communication and user adoption & engagement
- corporate communications & branding, corporate design guidelines and internal standards
- content creation – management updates, FAQ, newsletters, presentations
- excellent communication and presentation skills incl. senior stakeholders
- German C1 and English C1 (both mandatory)
