Have you designed global accounting operating models and driven automation in Record-to-Report? On a finance transformation program for a Swiss client, an established Polish team is adding a Process Accounting Lead to standardize global accounting operations, support the setup of a BPO and Center of Excellence model and automate bank interface and fixed-asset processes. Required is solid experience with global process accounting models, RTR standardization and automation in finance, plus fluent English and Polish.

🚀 Project
- design and stabilization of a global process accounting operating model
- setup of a BPO model and Finance Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Record-to-Report (RTR) process standardization
- optimization of bank interface operations and financial controls
- automation of fixed-asset request workflows
- identification of further automation opportunities across RTR
- collaboration with global finance teams, BPO providers and IT
- process performance monitoring and continuous improvement
