Finance Service Delivery Lead (44448)

A finance transformation program for a Swiss client is opening a role for a Finance Service Delivery Lead in an established Polish project team. The focus is on redesigning finance service delivery models – service catalog standardization, delivery-location strategy, Center of Excellence expansion, workload balancing and productivity, with room for process mining, automation and AI. Proven experience with GBS / Shared Services models, service catalogs and workforce and capacity management is required, as well as fluent English and Polish.
