🚀 Project
- customizing and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll solutions based on client requirements
- implementing change requests, resolving defects, and providing ongoing application support
- applying legislative updates and SAP OSS Notes to ensure payroll compliance
- analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP HCM Payroll configurations
- collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable and compliant payroll solutions
- supporting the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP HCM environments

🎯 Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience customizing the SAP HCM Payroll (PY) module
- experience configuring wage types, quota types, absence types, schemas, and infotypes
- experience implementing SAP OSS Notes
- strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- conversational level of English
- willingness to work in an international team

💡  Nice to have
- English level C1+
- Hungarian
- knowledge of Hungarian payroll
- experience designing PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) is a plus
- ABAP debugging skills
