SAP FI R2R Consultant (42566)

As a SAP FI R2R Consultant you will join a SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation project focused on RTR process design across GL, AA, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting. Your responsibility will be to define and shape future-state processes aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices, ensuring simplification, standardization, and global harmonization. The ideal candidate brings strong RTR expertise, experience with S/4HANA implementations, stakeholder leadership skills, workshop facilitation experience, and English at C1 level.

🚀 Project
- RTR process design across GL, AA, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting
- define future-state processes and align with SAP S/4HANA best practices
- drive process simplification, standardization, and global harmonization
- translate business design into system configuration (org structure, COA, posting logic)
- oversee data migration, reporting design, and embedded analytics
- support testing, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
- act as key advisor to senior finance stakeholders (e.g., CFO)

🎯 Skills
- proven experience leading TO-BE process design in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- strong expertise in RTR (Record-to-Report) processes
- deep knowledge of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, Financial Close and Reporting
- experience with S/4HANA configuration and solution design
- ability to translate business processes into system setup
- strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- experience facilitating workshops and driving decision-making
- solid understanding of SAP Best Practices
- English at C1 level
