SAP SD Key User (44308)

Do you know SAP SD inside out and enjoy getting to the bottom of logistics issues? An international wholesale company is setting up new application support for order processing, interfaces and a newly introduced planning system in SAP R/3 and has an open spot for an SAP SD Key User, who will support users, trace errors across the order-to-invoice flow and verify data, movements and their postings. Required are hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP R/3 and logistics processes.

🚀 Project
- Supporting users working in SAP SD
- Resolving user and process issues
- Analyzing and tracing the root causes of errors
- Monitoring logistics process flows in the system
- Checking SAP transactions and related process steps
- Verifying data accuracy and data transfers
- Checking movements in the system and their basic postings in SAP
- Documenting identified issues and performed checks
- Collaborating with users, internal teams and other support levels
- Escalating more complex issues to SAP or technical teams

🎯 Skills
- Intermediate hands-on knowledge of SAP SD
- Experience with the SAP R/3 environment
- Experience in logistics or supporting logistics processes
- Understanding of logistics flows – order, delivery, goods movement, invoicing
- Ability to navigate SAP transactions and related data
- Logical, analytical and structured thinking
- Attention to detail and independence
- Good communication skills when supporting users
- Czech or Slovak at a communicative level
- English for everyday work communication

💡 Nice to have
- Experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing or distribution logistics
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI
- Experience checking interfaces and data transfers between systems
- Experience with incident management or a ticketing tool
- Working knowledge of data in Excel
