Scrum Master (42677)

I am looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Data/AI teams in Agile delivery and cross-team collaboration. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs and delivery tracking in Azure DevOps, and help teams deliver data products, ML models, APIs, and platform capabilities efficiently. The role requires close cooperation with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers, as well as proactive removal of delivery impediments in a complex enterprise environment. Experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and Data/AI environments is essential, ideally within insurance or banking sectors.

🚀 Project
- facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) for one or more Data/AI teams
- management and visualization of work in Azure DevOps including epics, features, user stories and tasks
- ensuring backlogs are organized, prioritized and transparent
- cooperation with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and ML Engineers on refinement and clarification of requirements for data products, ML models and platform capabilities
- proactive identification and removal of impediments across data platform, infrastructure and security/architecture teams
- tracking and communication of team metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput and flow through Azure DevOps dashboards
- coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum practices tailored to Data & AI environments
- support for alignment and dependency management across squads delivering data pipelines, APIs, models and platform components
- promotion of ownership, learning and experimentation culture for AI initiatives including spikes, PoCs and quick feedback loops

🎯 Skills
- proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments
- strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
- experience in corporate environment ideally insurance/banking
- hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint management
- experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile delivery
- ability to manage cross-team dependencies and stakeholder communication
- experience working with Data, AI or Analytics teams
- strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, data pipelines and platform development
- ability to identify and remove delivery impediments proactively
- experience tracking and interpreting Agile delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, throughput and flow
- strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills
- experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and Agile transformation
- ability to work in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
