Test Manager (43910)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager for a hybrid project in Vienna. You need hands-on operational testing and test management experience, JMeter expertise including .jmx scripts, Linux, Jira and Confluence, strong technical understanding, and fluent English and German. Experience with test automation or the railway sector is an advantage.

🚀 Project
- create and maintain test strategies, test plans and test reports
- plan test activities, allocate tasks and track progress
- report test status, progress and potential blockers
- manage defects and coordinate their resolution
- perform hands-on testing beyond web-only testing, including manual testing of web GUIs
- collaborate closely with Product and Development teams

🎯 Requirements
- experience in both test management and hands-on operational testing
- strong technical understanding and ability to interpret complex technical documentation and interface specifications
- practical JMeter experience, including creating, modifying and executing .jmx scripts
- experience with Linux-based systems
- experience with Jira and Confluence or comparable tools
- strong communication and coordination skills
- fluent English and German at C1 level

- test automation experience
- knowledge of the railway sector, particularly ETCS Level 1
