QA Engineer (43365)
I am looking for a QA Engineer who will take ownership of the QA strategy and test automation across applications end-to-end. You will design and maintain automated test suites using Cypress and TypeScript, ensure coverage across UI and API layers, and collaborate closely with product and development teams. The role also includes mentoring others, improving quality processes and leveraging AI tools in the testing lifecycle.
🚀 Project
- own the QA strategy and test automation for applications end-to-end
- collaborate with Product Owner and agile team to refine requirements and define testable user stories (functional, non-functional, security, compliance)
- design, maintain and scale automated test suites using Cypress and TypeScript/JavaScript
- ensure strong coverage across UI as well as API and service-layer testing
- mentor team members in test design, automation patterns and quality mindset
- monitor production quality, manage defect triage and drive resolution based on priority and impact
- actively use AI tools across the QA lifecycle (test design, data generation, defect analysis)
🎯 Skills
- 5+ years of experience in QA or similar role, including senior/lead experience
- strong hands-on experience with test automation (Cypress, TypeScript)
- experience with API / web service testing (REST, JSON)
- solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD and test automation within delivery pipelines
- knowledge of testing methodologies (UAT, functional, non-functional testing)
- experience working in Agile environments
- experience with Git and repository workflows (e.g. GitLab)
- English at B2 level or higher
- practical use of AI tools in QA (test design, scenarios, defect analysis)
💡 Nice to have
- experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI)
- ISTQB certification (Basic / Advanced or equivalent)
- experience with performance or load testing
- hands-on experience with Angular
- experience with test data management and environment automation
- experience with mobile test automation (Appium, Lambda Test)
